RATES & RESERVATIONS
To be agreed with the customer at the time of reservation and may not undergo any modification except those agreed to mutually.
You will receive your email confirmation of booking with the particular conditions thereof.
Rates include:
Unlimited mileage.
24 hour Roadside Assistance .
TYPES A and B
Full insurance with excess of 350 €, (The insurance does not cover claims under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other psychotropic substances).
VAT.
The optional comprehensive insurance without excess is € 5 per day.
Bookings are by class or group of vehicles, not brands or models.
TYPE C
Full insurance with excess of 500 €, (The insurance does not cover claims under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other psychotropic substances).
VAT.
The optional comprehensive insurance without excess is € 5 per day.
Bookings are by class or group of vehicles, not brands or models.
TYPE D
Full insurance with excess of 650 €, (The insurance does not cover claims under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other psychotropic substances).

The optional comprehensive insurance without excess is € 5 per day.

DRIVING LICENCE
It is necessary that the driver hold the original and current driving license, be 21 years of age and with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience ( If under 25 years of age, € 8 per day is charged with a compulsory excess)
The driver is solely responsible for highway code infringements caused during the lease.
Additional Driver € 4 per day.
BABY AND BOOSTER SEATS
Must be requested at time of booking and will have an additional cost of € 3 per day.
FUEL
Vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel present as at the time of delivery.
Be careful when filling petrol or diesel, we are not at any time responsible for the consequences that may result, repairs to be charged to the customer. For rentals of 7 days, on request we can deliver a full tank of petrol, charged as an extra in the rental fee, in this case the car may be returned empty.
VEHICLE DELIVERY
The state of the vehicle will be inspected, stating the deficiencies that may be observed.
Payment of: rental, fuel as appropriate, extras that may be contracted and an insurance deposit (except if contracting fully comprehensive insurance without excess).
Payment can be made with Visa, Master Card, Visa Electron, American Express, or in Cash.
Delivery time from 07.00 to 22.00 (Out of time supplement of 25 €).
For deliveries in hotels, apartments or port of Ciutadella the supplement, in terms of distances, will be agreed between the parties.
RETURN OF THE VEHICLE
A visual inspection to be made of its condition in order to check that it is in the same condition as when delivered.
Will proceed to return the excess whenever the vehicle is returned in the same condition as when delivered, all or part may be retained depending on damage caused to the vehicle.
Return time 07.00 hours to 22.00 hours (out of hours supplement of 25 €).
Vehicles that are returned with extreme dirt will have a supplement of 20 €.
Return from hotels, apartments or port of Ciutadella the supplement will be agreed between the parties in terms of distances.
Guests have a complimentary one hour to return the vehicle.
EXCLUSION OF COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Damage to the underside of the car is not included in insurance policies.
Damage to the upholstery of the vehicle.
Damage to wheels and tires.
Lost or damaged keys.
